Magic Madhouse works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct, however on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay or alteration.
Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error. We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Delivery charges vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen. You will be able to select and view delivery charges for the options available before any payment is made. Delivery times vary depending on the method you choose. Magic Madhouse is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time, and estimated delivery times displayed are those provided by the delivery company in question. Magic Madhouse will deliver to the dispatch address provided by the consumer, either directly for orders placed by credit card, debit card, or using e-wallet credit, or provided by PayPal when checking out using PayPal. Magic Madhouse do not assume responsibility for goods that do not reach their desired destination. If packages sent by an Express or international tracked service are refused by the customer, or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, any charges incurred by Magic Madhouse may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order.
Klarna - Pay now, your payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
Klarna - Pay later, your payment is taken in 30 days which is arranged via email with Klarna.
PayPal - Payment is taken in full when you complete your order.
Amazon Pay - Payment is taken in full when you mark your order as dispatched.
Apple Pay - Payment is taken in full when you complete your order. This is available on Apple devices.
Klarna are implementing a policy that we cannot extend any payments longer than 180 days, coming into effect 31st March 2020. This will affect customers that place pre-orders with us and the product is delayed. We will contact you nearing the expiry date and ask your permission to either capture the payment or to cancel the order - if you cancel the order, of course there is no restriction on you placing the order again, this will start the clock over. If we cannot get in contact with you, we will hold your order and email you with your options. If we do not hear from you after two weeks that your order is due to be released, we will release your pre-order back into general sale. Please do contact our customer service team if you have any questions regarding this.
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. If your order is in processing, it is already in the process of being picked and packed, we may not be able to get to it in time. If we have already dispatched your order, you will have to file a return request. This does not affect any rights you have, it's just a logical process we need to follow.
Magic Madhouse reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice.
Magic Madhouse does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

The definition of a Pre Order is the sale of an item before it has been released.
Price matching will apply to retail websites of companies based in the United Kingdom, and does not apply to 3rd party seller websites. Examples of these are eBay and Amazon.
The Pre Order Price Match offer applies to specific Magic: The Gathering pre order items. The items covered by this offer are: Booster Box, Planeswalker Decks (one of each Planeswalker Deck from the new set), Bundle, Duel Deck.
The Pre Order Price Match works as follows: If you place an order on the Magic Madhouse website and are able to find one of the applicable items available for pre order cheaper elsewhere, we will credit your account with the price difference. For the purposes of this offer, any relevant shipping, handling, or other charges on either site will be taken into account when calculating the price difference.
This store credit will be rounded up to the nearest penny, and will be credited to the account used to place the original pre order.
If a pre order is cancelled and/or refunded, that order will no longer be eligible for the Pre Order Price Match offer.
Store credit is not transferable.
Store credit will be added within 3 weeks (21 days) of the release date.
We are happy to accept returns on any Games Workshop products you buy from us regardless of the reason. Changed your mind? Ordered too much? Playing a different army now? No problem. We can help you organise a return for a refund or exchange and also help place your next order with us.
If you see a Games Workshop product out of stock on out website, we more than likely have it on order and it should be coming with our next shipment. You can use our "email me when back in stock" button on the product page so you'll receive an email when we have updated the stock.
