From starting out as a primary Magic: The Gathering singles trader, to now becoming a one stop shop for all your gaming needs; we have come a long way. As the business grows and changes, so must other aspects, including the loyalty scheme. Here at Magic Madhouse we believe in providing excellent service and value to our customers and the loyalty scheme has been a huge part of that. However, we feel that the loyalty scheme, in its current form, is not able to provide our customers with a clear and defined intent of value. Therefore, we have made the decision to end this loyalty scheme.
Even though our current loyalty scheme is ending, we are going to introduce a brand new one. We plan for our new scheme to be a lot clearer and flexible. It will allow us to also offer better upfront pricing on products you enjoy purchasing the most.
We will announce more details about the new scheme closer to the launch.
Our current loyalty scheme will be ending on 1st February. To ensure earning loyalty scheme credits, your orders must be placed before 2pm on 1st February and dispatched that day. Unfortunately, if your order is dispatched after that day (including pre-orders) you will not receive any loyalty scheme credits.
We have compiled a small FAQ below for anyone concerned about various results of the cancellation of the current loyalty scheme:
1. I’ve been saving my credits from my previous orders; will these remain on my account?
Yes! Anything earned will not be taken away from you.
2. Is there a time limit to spend the credit earned by the previous system?
No! The credit will never expire from your account.
3. When will we hear about the new scheme?
We will be making an announcement on our website and also sending an email out to our mailing list as soon as we have finalised the information.
