Definitions

"Buyer" means the consumer who buys or agrees to buy goods on this website.
"Goods" means all products listed on the order and the order confirmation Email/Letter.
"Delivery" means the delivery of the goods to the address specified on the order.
"Consumer" has the meaning given in section 12 Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Magic Madhouse reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions when necessary, without notice to you and any changes will take effect on the day they are posted.

Magic Madhouse works very hard to ensure that the content on the website is correct, however on the rare occasions that we oversell a product your order may be subject to delay or alteration.

Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures, if there is a clear and obvious pricing error.  We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Delivery

Delivery charges vary based on your location and the method that you choose to have your goods delivered. You would be able to select and view the charges before any payment is made. Delivery times vary depending on the method you choose. Magic Madhouse is not responsible for guaranteeing your delivery time.

Magic Madhouse will deliver to the dispatch addressed provided by the consumer. If this address is incorrect Magic Madhouse will not assume responsibility for the goods that don’t reach their desired destination.

Payment

We take payment for the goods once the order has been made.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched and receive a full refund. If we have already dispatched your order, you will have to file a returns request.

Liability

Magic Madhouse does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

Magic Madhouse will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
