We offer a range of domestic and international delivery methods, so you can select the delivery method that most suits your needs. We endeavour to dispatch orders same-day if received before 1pm on weekdays, and all other orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day before 1pm Monday – Friday, insured up to £500)

Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed (our only Saturday service, guaranteed Saturday Delivery before 1pm, insured up to £500)

Interlink Express (courier service – next working day, Monday - Friday. Insured up to £50)

International Shipping Options

Royal Mail Airmail* (Estimated delivery time to Europe 3-5 working days, Worldwide 5-14 working days)

Royal Mail International Signed for (Estimated delivery time to Europe 3-5 working days, Worldwide 5-14 working days, insured up to 100x the value of a 1st class stamp )

Returns

• Products can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase.
• Single cards must be returned in the same condition as sent out.
• Sealed product must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.
• Products not returned in this condition will be refunded at 50% of the sale value

Cancelations / Order Amendments

You can cancel or alter any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order. If your order has been already been dispatched you will have to follow our returns process.
